I’ve been meaning to start writing online more often, and as it seems that Tumblr has entered a new and exciting phase of circling the drain when it comes to how it treats fandom, I figured now would be as good a time as any to make a switch.
I anticipate I’ll be writing about writing on here, mainly fanfiction, hopefully my own. I might write from time to tome about being a gay trans man living in Japan, as well. There might be some discussion of Japanese, translation, and/or the fandoms I’m embroiled in.
Over the next few weeks, I’ll start buildings up an archive of stuff I’ve already written, for the sake of completeness. I hope to have a regular update schedule for new material too by the end of December.
Being an adult male in the areas I’m in is sometimes weird, for me and for others. I’m still trying to come to terms with that, but I’ve been in fandom circles a while, and I’m here to have a good time, not to make others uncomfortable. I may sometimes post adult and/or dark and/or NSFW content, but I’ll be doing my best with tagging and I’m always up for corrections or discussions. If I don’t have anything nice to say, I usually won’t say anything at all.
You can find me under this very same username on FFN, Ao3, Twitter, and yes, also Tumblr, at least for now. Probably a few other places as well, like Wattpad and Discord. My response time might not always be the fastest, but please feel free to drop me a line!
